Having started as a Realtor in 1999, Steve has been deeply immersed in the world of real estate. With Hundreds of completed transactions, Steve has been offering invaluable insights to clients seeking to buy or sell their homes.

From 1999 to 2007, Steve also served as a mortgage originator, providing clients with comprehensive financial guidance throughout the home buying process. In 2003, Steve took the entrepreneurial leap, owning and running a successful national real estate brokerage, where they honed their skills in negotiation and client representation.

In 2013, Steve expanded his horizons by venturing into the realm of custom luxury home building, owning, and operating a company dedicated to creating dream homes for discerning clients until 2023. This hands-on experience in construction has uniquely positioned Steve to understand the intricacies of home design, construction, and market value, further enhancing their ability to serve clients effectively.

Additionally, from 2019 to 2022, Steve successfully embarked on a journey as a land developer. This project includes 25 building lots with additional room to grow.
